SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Shipping time may vary due to the availability of merchandise, in which case, the customer will be contacted directly. Once an item(s) has been sent, Uncommon Thread is not responsible for any damages incurred during shipping or lost packages if the buyer does not opt for insurance.
Domestic Shipping:
All items are shipped via UPS. Delivery usually occurs 1-4 business days from shipping. Expedited shipping, insurance, and signature required feature are the buyer's responsibility.
International Shipping:
Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout. The customer is responsible for ALL local duties, taxes and other fees. Uncommon Thread does not pay for ANY duties or taxes the buyer’s country may charge. Occasionally, customs delays do occur. The amount and types of duties, as well as other customs information, can be obtained by contacting your local post office.
Terms Of Service:
Receiving packages is the buyer's responsibility, and failure to receive, retrieve, or pay duties on packages is not the responsibility of Uncommon Thread. A handling fee will be charged for all packages lost due to buyer neglect that require Uncommon Thread's assistance with shipping carriers. Returned packages will be re-sent at the buyer's cost and incur a handling fee.
